1. Acceptance

By using LociMemo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Service

LociMemo is a geo-fence alarm app that monitors your location on your device and alerts you when you leave a configured radius from an anchor point. All processing happens locally on your device.

3. Free Trial and Purchases

LociMemo offers 3 free activations. After that, continued use requires one of the following:

• Yearly subscription - billed annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• One-time purchase - a single payment that grants access for as long as LociMemo is available and maintained by Emeldron S.L.

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds, billing disputes, and subscription management are handled through their respective platforms.

4. One-Time Purchase

The one-time purchase grants you access to LociMemo for as long as the app is available and maintained by Emeldron S.L. It does not guarantee availability in perpetuity. If Emeldron S.L. discontinues LociMemo, one-time purchasers will retain access to the last available version of the app for as long as it remains functional on their device and platform.

The one-time purchase covers the current app and its updates. It does not guarantee inclusion of future products or services offered by Emeldron S.L.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

6. Disclaimer

LociMemo is provided "as is." While we strive to make the app reliable, we do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or error. LociMemo depends on your device's GPS, which may be affected by environmental factors, device settings, or platform restrictions.

Do not rely on LociMemo as your sole means of safeguarding valuable items. Emeldron S.L. is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at locimemo.com/terms with a revised date. Continued use of LociMemo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
